Andaz is a high-end, lifestyle luxury hotel brand targeting the creative class within the Hyatt Hotels portfolio. As creative director of Ryan and Deslauriers, I co-facilitated marketing charettes to identify target audience, unique selling points and worked with architects and interior designers on the infusion of feng shui materials for the Japanese market. Extensively evolved hotel brand standards for purposes of long-format real estate sales tools that ultimately were adopted as the corporate gold standard for Andaz Residences branding around the globe. Directly interacted with key stakeholders, investors, architects, and Hyatt sales executives to produce collateral that would achieve revenue objectives of $84 million for 12 bespoke condominiums.
